How long does it take to receive a tracking number?

It will take usually between1-2 business days.

How do I return an item？

Please check out our return page here RETURNS and follow the steps, no additional email is needed. Returns are subject to a deduction of 5% processing fees.

I messed up my order, can I change/add items, colors, shipping address or email?

No problem at all, as long as your order has not already shipped out. Please email us directly at services@wolfbackpack.com as quickly as possible. Please provide your order number and any other permanent info.
